A vista da praia é incrível

O apartamento necessita urgente de reforma e reparos. Tem paredes rachadas, necessita refazer o reboco, pois parte da parede caiu na área externa do apartamento. Na área interna os móveis estão deteriorados, o móvel da cozinha é sustentado por uma gambiarra, o ar condicionado de um dos quartos não funciona. Não tem ferro de passar roupa. O assento do aparelho sanitário está sem tampa.
