Локацията е топ просто. Градския парк е на една пешеходна от апартамента. Ресторант Момо точно под жилищната сграда. Апартамента е просторен и широк. Голямата тераса е супер, с гледка към алеята на града, идеална за сутрешно събуждане с чаша кафе. Има широка зона за готвене и уреди. Отношението на домакините като цяло е 11/10. Никакви проблеми със собствениците!

Може леко подобрение в хигиената. Пода на апартамента има нужда от дълбоко почистване. Нужда от допълнително спално бельо. Липсва кафе машина. Липсват и най-нужните сол и захар.
