La ubicación es lo mejor del.apartamento, está a media cuadra de la playa Canto Grande. Pero no tiene vista al mar, tiene un balcón cerrado es contra frente y desde un lateral se puede ver el mar por una pequeña ventana.

No tiene un balcón abierto, y el que tiene da a los vecinos aunque es muy tranquilo. Otra cosa es que te están observando permanente por las cámaras en los espacios comunes si no cumplis con el reglamento del condominio un poco perseguidor eso porque a veces con chicos se te pueden escapar cosas por momentos y enseguida te están escribiendo para que lo soluciones.
