Lovely place

Perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt. Alles Sehenswerte ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhige Lage. Komfortable und umfassende Ausstattung. Unkomplizierter Check-in, hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Pas de volets. Toilettes dans la salle de bains Manque de documentation touristique ( plan de la ville, adresse de restaurants...)

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the prime location - super close to Vitosha Street, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was very well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen (water filter jug, coffee maker, microwave, and more). Excellent value for money!

It felt a bit dated and could use some small updates, plus the cleaning could be a touch better, but these were minor and didn't affect our enjoyment at all.

Posizione: Assolutamente centralissima e strategica per ogni spostamento. Atmosfera della camera: Le stanze sono molto carine e accoglienti. Pulizia della biancheria: Le lenzuola erano profumatissime, un dettaglio che fa la differenza. Servizi extra: Ottima l'idea del boccione dell'acqua per la ricarica (molto ecologico) e la disponibilità di tisane. L'attenzione al cliente: Ho apprezzato molto il fatto di trovare le ciabatte e l'accortezza nella disposizione degli asciugamani. Mi ha permesso di lasciare le valigie all'ultimo minuto e ha rispettato perfettamente gli orari che avevamo concordato. Un servizio davvero prezioso.

Ho riscontrato un po' di polvere nella stanza che andrebbe curata meglio. Dotazione Bagno: Suggerisco di fornire un asciugamano in più per ospite. Per quanto riguarda le ciabatte, sarebbe meglio passare a quelle usa e getta per garantire il massimo dell'igiene, evitando di riutilizzare calzature già usate da altri. Per quanto riguarda il bagno funzionale, ma per avere ancora una maggior funzione di rivederlo, lavandino un pochino piu grande e qualche ripiano per appoggiare le cose.

The location is absolutely spot on. Close to everything and felt totally safe. Grear for access to everything by foot and close to metro and bus links to go further afield. We got a taxi from the airport but got the metro back. So easy and cheap! The apartment for my adult son and I was perfect size, I took the bedroom attached to the kitchen (have to walk through the bedroom to get to the kitchen) as I get up early for a cuppa! The kitchen had everything we needed. We had breakfast in the apartment most days and ate lunch and dinner out. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom shower curtain kept wrapping itself round me when I was in the shower. Maybe I'm not used to them. But do think a walk in shower in there would work better which I appreciate would cost a lot, but maybe a shorter shower curtain would work better?. The curtains in the smaller 2nd bedroom weren't good. The curtains on the window are white and thin and let the street light through. And I would think in the summer would let the daylight trough early in the morning. There was also no curtain on the door to the balcony. Which also let the street light shine through. The beds could do with better pillows. But that may be a personal thing!
