Lovely place

The location is perfect, near the main street in the city center. You will get detailed instructions on how to enter so you won't even need to interact with a landlord. Fine place to rest your head for a night.

It's a strange set-up if you're staying with a group since half your group will be sleeping in the living room and kitchen. The apartment isn't well maintained nor does it feel clean and the entrance hall of the building smells strongly of urine.

Отсядам в този апартамент вече няколко пъти. Разположението му няма как да е по-добре, на една минута от бул.Витоша и на три минути от Славейков. Лесна комуникация с домакина, в апартамента има всичко необходимо.

Единствената причина да дам оценка 9, а не 10 е, че при последното ми посещение банята не беше почистена, имаше лоша миризма от тоалетната. Дано собственика направи забележка на почистващата фирма и това да е инцидентен случай, защото в противен случай ще загуби доста от гостите си.

Clean and ideal for a short stay

Old apartment with stairs not easy for old and those with health and physical issues.

It's our second stay here. Nicely decorated and well-located, very close to the main attractions. Everything was just as described in the listing.

Finding a parking spot can be a bit difficult. As foreigners, we couldn’t pay by SMS, and free spots were also hard to come by.
