Localização excelente, apartamento espaçoso, bem equipado

O vaso sanitário estava com a descarga aberta obrigando a fechar o registro após o uso. O chuveiro desligava após certo tempo de uso qdo vc estava cheio de sabão te obrigando a tomar banho frio.

Great position in Copacabana, near the metro and at walking distance to the beach. Neighbourhood relatively calm compared to other areas of Rio. Good price for the value of the place, but there were some critical aspects to improve.

Starting from the check-in, we had to wait 15 minutes because the receptionist couldn't find our reservation. Then he did, after contacting some colleague. Not the best start. We found ants almost everywhere, especially as soon as you left anything edible on a table. We had to put everything in the fridge to keep it safe. The sofa had some sand on it. WiFi was unstable sometimes. Windows were not soundproof and during the night you will hear some noise coming from the street. No hairdryer in the room and the reception didn't have it either. At last, I haven't seen any of the common spaces in the photos (terraces, pools, areas with tables and windows, ecc)

Gostei do espaço, da localização e o atendimento em geral. Por estar chovendo muito, o que nos salvou foi a banheira de hidromassagem, maravilhosa!! O apartamento é muito confortável me senti em casa.

Não tenho nenhum ponto negativo.
