O apartamento é bom mas está precisando de uma limpeza.

Muita dificuldade para entrar e sair do condomínio na hora de entrar vc tem que ficar ligado ninguém abre a portaria para usar a piscina tem que reservar e só o anfitrião que pode reservar achei muito burocrático.

Muita praticidade para check in e check out. Anfitrião muito prestativo. Valeu muito. Recomendo

De alguns defeitos no apartamento,mas o dono do apartamento resolveu quase todos.

Somente um dia faltou água.

Apartamento aconchegante, condomínio agradável, local silencioso, tem mercado que dá pra ir a pé, portaria com atendimento rápido. Atendeu as minhas expectativas.

Check in was east and the apartment has a pool and sports court for kids to play.

- pay close attention to the little writing on the photos. The apartment doesn't have a bed linen, pillow cover and towels. The owner informed this right after the cancellation deadline passed. He was condescending at first but changed the tone soon. He managed to put linens on the bed and pillow cover for the pillows in the main room. He suggested a mall for buying towels but we arrived late from the airport and couldn't buy. We checked a party of 5 with 3 kids and had no towels. - the apartment is well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom and both are very clean. The rest of the apartment is very poorly cleaned and falling apart. Ac full of dust blowing dusty air. Fans with a thick layer of dust. The sofa was disgustingly dirty on the hand rests. My guess is that the owners haven't visited the place in a while and the house keeping person is doing a poor job. - we booked 2 nights and had to check out after the first night because kids were coughing all night from the dust in the ac. I informed the owner and hoped for a partial refund but it didn't happen.
