A acomodação foi paga antecipada, e quando eu e meu marido chegamos às 23h na recepção do prédio, descobrimos que a anfitriã não tinha passado as nossas informações para o prédio, logo, ficamos proibidos de acessar o apartamento. Ligamos pra ela de 23 às 2h da manhã e nada dela atender. Tivemos que voltar depois do constrangimento e todo transtorno e a resposta que ela me deu super fria no dia seguinte, é que eu resolvesse tudo com a plataforma do booking. Ou seja, só não levei um golpe, porque paguei pela plataforma, se fosse por ela, acredito que nem resposta ela teria me dado. Detalhe: o Acaiaca é um prédio residencial à beira mar, que não é autorizado aluguéis desse tipo, esse dela, é completamente por trás dele. Mulher seca, irresponsável, completamente despreparada, não sei nem o que está fazendo nessa plataforma.
