CASA Beach Itapuã - 2 Quartos com AR

Localização boa!

Acho que não teve nada.

Alguns pontos para ser destacado. A casa fica em uma rua e a partir de 6 horas não tem como vc dormir de tanto barulho. A casa precisa urgente de manutenção, cheguei e nem tampa no vaso tinha, infiltração nas paredes do quarto, tomadas fora do lugar, colchão das beliches bem ruins. O Banheiro é um caso a parte, fica em baixo de uma escada, ele é torto, pequeno, não tem pia ( vc tem que escovar os dentes em um tanque que fica na sala). Sinceramente não sei como a nota no app é 8 Minha vontade na hora que cheguei era de ir embora. Não volto nem de cortesia. E também não adianta ficar respondendo as mensagens dizendo que já fez o reparo disso ou daquilo, tem que ser visto antes, como alguém aluga uma casa sem tampa de vaso.

The proximity to Itapuã beach was good.

It was unsuitable for a family and dysfunctional in many respects. There were 3-level bunk beds in the apt, with the 3rd level being at 180 cm high, yet no ladder leading up to it and none on the property separately either. Also, none of the bunk beds had any protective railings, so we could just let them use the lower ones that were on the floor (not the normal bed height one would expect them). Wires were hanging everywhere and made the place look rather unsafe and unattractive. There were gaps and holes in the property walls that led to the owner’s property, so one could hear their caged birds singing all day long (starting at 5 am!) Everything was old, leaky and tatty in the apartment. The sofa was stained and had cigarette holes in it. The fridge was broken and leaked water to the floor. The tap in the kitchen leaked all the time irrelevant how had one turned it off. There were no glass windows in the property - windows were barred and had metal shutters. If one opened them, all outdoor noises were heard and being on the ground floor on the main street, it was very noisy all day/night, plus people walking past it, less than 1m from the windows made them look in as they passed it, so keeping the windows open was bad and keeping them closed provided no natural light. The apt has 2 bedrooms and neither had any windows at all, neither did the kitchen or bathroom. The only A/C was in one of the bedrooms, and it did not matter what temperature one set it, it just blew out the same cold air - no regulation was functional. There was a big purposely built gap (a human could fit through it) between the two bedrooms, so forget about any privacy and of course, if the light was on in one room, the other room was lit as well! Bathroom is tiny (built into under the stairs of the upper property, so very little room to move about and shower and toilet are basically on top of each other, with no curtain in between, so when showering, the toilet gets soaked too).
