"Great location, but fealt unsafe and was not the best value for cash."

Location is definitely the most valuable!

Very badly maintained. - balcony door wouldn’t lock - the blackout shades were broken - moisture in the bathroom - and more…. My apartment was not ready for me, I had to call and ask to inform the doorman to hand me the keys.

"Conforto de casa em um dos bairros mais charmosos e badalados."

Muito seguro, silencioso, bem localizado perto do burburinho da Vila Madalena (mas tem que ir de Uber), boa estrutura e conforto.

O distância da portaria até a entrada de pedestre do edifício é a céu aberto e em.dias de chuva pode ser um complicador.

Espaço da ducha pequeno, não ter onde pendurar toalha no banheiro e falta de itens básicos de limpeza em caso de necessidade.
