Location

- water pump broke, so there was no water on the apartments. What’s worse, the property knew and didn’t inform us that water would go out in the next hours catching everyone by surprise. They did nothing to mitigate the issue, like offering water to brush teeth and wash hands. It was absurd. - the whole time we were there they were “painting” the kids pool and it remained closed. This could honestrly been done over night, but they don’t care to inconvenience guests. - breakfast was lacking. The other times we stayed here it was included and rich in variety. Not this time. - service was absolutely terrible. Took hours, hours, to get food orders. - they treat you like you going to steal everything. Counting beach towels constantly , no accommodations on extra bath towels or pillows, even toilet paper. It got to be quite ridiculous. - life guards are on phones , looking anywhere but at the pool.
