Para entrar no apartamento depende de pessoas abrir o portão de um hotel em frente, isso não está mencionado no anúncio, o pessoal demora para abrir e para fechar o portão, sem contar que tinha uma atendente mal educada no hotel, parece que estava fazendo favor. Micro-ondas muito ruim e utensílios de cozinha também deixa a desejar
