O condomínio é completo e organizado, vale a pena! Tenho que destacar que apesar de alguns pequenos contratempos, que ocorreram no apartamento, nosso anfitrião em todo momento nos prestou assistência e se mostrou preocupado em nos atender e resolver o problema, isso foi um diferencial.

O apartamento é bom e o condomínio e bem completo, a localização também e um diferencial, próximo da parte central de Ubatuba, o que facilita conhecer outras praias e visitar o centro à noite.

Instalação muito boa, anfitrião do AP muito prestativo, funcionários em geral ótimos, a piscina as crianças adoraram. Restaurante do local com comida bem saborosa e valor bem em conta em relação aos restaurantes próximos.
