Amei minha estadia no apartamento do Renato e voltarei mais vezes . A vista da sacada para a praia foi o que mais gostamos 😍 Apartamento limpinho. Cama confortável. Utensílios da cozinha todos novos . Entrada na portaria foi liberado rápido . Indico muito esse apartamento 👏🏻🥰

"Vista do mar e todo próximo"

A vista da varanda e do quarto é maravilhosa! Literalmente em frente ao mar, perto de tudo, em menos de 100 metros mercado, na base do prédio tem padaria e restaurantes! Ótima localização, atravessar a rua e já está na praia! O proprietário é bem simpático,prestativo e flexível

"Deceiving property listing"

I didn't stay. I contacted you immediately about the conditions there and informed both Booking.com and the property that i would not stay there and that i wanted a refund . Please see the detailed messages sent to customer service at check in time.

No bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper. One old mold covered pillow. No pillow case. Mattresses left in a pile on top of the bed. TV not working. I reported these conditions to customer service immediately when I attempted to check in. I informed both Booking.com and the property that I could not stay due to the horrible conditions. I returned the keys to the front desk manager within minutes of seeing the place. I want a refund. I have reported the scam to my credit card company and I will challenge the charges. I've never seen anything like this happening before when I've used Booking.com. I feel this listing to be a scam. Please refund.
