O flat está em ótimas condições, os utencílios são novos e tem tudo que precisamos para nos hospedar bem. A área comum no Hotel Fazenda Portal de Gravatá é bem cuidada e conta com várias opções de lazer. Infelizmente não pudemos aproveita-las pois foi uma viagem que conciliava trabalho e lazer... De todo modo achamos positivo ter a privacidade e estrutura de um flat bem mobiliado e a opção de contar com os serviços do Hotel Fazenda. Apesar de perceber que o flat foi construido há algum tempo, percebemos que passou por reforma e decoração a pouco tempo. Os utencílios de cozinha estão em bom estado e estavam aparentemente bem higienizados. As roupas de cama e banho também eram boas.

As camas poderia ser um pouco mais confortáveis, principalmente a do segundo quarto que tem camas bem pequenas, talvez pensadas para crianças. Durante a hospedagem infelizmente quebramos uma jarra de suco e achei o valor cobrado meio injusto, mas paciência. A internet não estava muito boa, precisamos para trabalhar e em alguns momentos ficava lento.
