Não ha nada a ser registrado como insatisfação ou motivo de relato que possa ser motivo de registro. Um porteiro da noite, extremamente grosseiro e mal educado, deixava claro sua insatisfação com hospedes temporários... nada mais que um infeliz e insatisfeito com a própria vida

Amazing location, a bit noisy but to be expected on Copacabana. We were met by an employee to hand over keys on arrival. Host was communicative on WhatsApp.

Unclear checkout - we were told an employee would meet us but they did not appear so we had to leave keys with the doorman. No water filter in the apartment which is unlike some locations in Brazil.

Excelente ubicación! Lo recomiendo mucho. Es grande y bonito además a sólo dos calle de la playa de Copacabana. Solo estuvimos un noche pero me encantaría haber estado más tiempo. Perfecto para grupos grandes

Honestly one of the worst accommodation I have ever been. Apart of the fact that they hid the vital information there is a major reconstruction going on in the same building and during our stay they also started renovation in the apartment next to ours the whole management and the way they handled the situation is absolutely unacceptable. They have taken no responsibility for the fact there was a noise from dusk till dawn. Drilling and noise all day long. The manager refused any responsibility and did not try to find any reasonable compromise. She just decided to ignore us. I have sent her several messages also voice messages of the unbearable noise. Nothing. No response. On the arrival we found the apartment without any lamps, the only lamp in one of the bedrooms was broken. The sponge in the kitchen was dirty and disgusting. No bowls. No hairdryer. All these things were listed in booking. The air condition is very old and makes terrible noise, you can forget about sleeping without earplugs and even w them still noisy. The apartment is totally neglected. Dirty walls, the sofa was ripped open, the showerheads are full of calcium. There is only either extremely hot water or just cold. Nothing in between. The elevators in the house barely work, one of them was constantly broken, the other one was very slow. They have invested ZERO into this apartment, their only goal is just take money. Any of our complaints were just answered with simple: "Nobody else complained". Absolutely unacceptable, disgusting behaviour. We have also contacted booking, no support whatsoever. The only response was we can write a review to let the host know and improve the situation.
