"Good option in Ipanema"

- location is very good if you want to stay in Ipanema, one block from the beach, another one from supermarkets. - the guards are polite and the building feels secure. - had a nice welcome kit in the apartment, with some snacks and even party sunglasses hehe. - it was quiet.

- the AC is old, a bit noisy and I'm not sure how well it removes the humidity from the air. - while the flat size was ok for me, the bathroom is very small (it's almost impossible to wash your face in the sink without splashing water on the floor). - in general, the flat does not seem modern although it is pleasant. The view is towards another building. - the internet was a bit weird as in local speed tests it would perform well but during normal use it frequently froze/had a big lag.

"rio is my favorite place to visit and this apartment is great. your a 5 minute walk from the beach."

LOCATION. clean, has a washer and dryer!

no dislikes but be wary of the extremely small bathroom which can be an issue to larger or taller people
