Flat mau cuidado, instalação elétrica da luz do banheiro aparente, geladeira descongelando com água molhando o piso da sala/cozinha, vaso sanitário vazando água constantemente na descarga, toalhas manchadas, limpeza deixou a desejar, ar condicionado somente no quarto (demais ambientes quentes), sem tv.
