Very safe area, very close to the Copacabana beach 3 min walk, shops all around, coffee and pasteis shop opened from 6 am, the host was very friendly and prompt even though she didn’t speak english but we used google translate to communicate. It was a residential building with 24h person that opened the door and allowed access, which offered a safety feeling.

Some of us would have preferred to have AC also in the living room. The AC was in both bedrooms, ventilators were in both bedrooms and also in the living room.

Todo perfecto. Tal cual las fotos. Buena ubicación. Limpio, con juguetes de playa para los chicos.. Las camas comodas buena opcion para ir con 3 niños

Ótimo apartamento. Tudo novo, em perfeito estado e muito limpo. Ótima localização, muito próximo à praia, com padarias, farmácias, supermercados e afins, praticamente, na porta do prédio.

Wir müssen sofort eine Kaution zahlen, die auf der Website nicht erwåhnt wird, und das muss sofort passiert!

Building old elevator

Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained (like new) unit in an excellent location close to the beach. Perfect for a family vacation of five. Pleasant, responsive hosts. We appreciated the in-sink filtered water so we had cold drinking water anytime. Full kitchen facilities are adequately available - we used it to boil our hot water for instant coffee/tea (remember to bring your own as unit does not provide) and make some omelette for breakfast. There is a bakery across the street (where we get our daily Brazilian cheese bread - warm and delicious!), a drug store on the left, and a small eatery to the right of the apartment building - so convenient. A building personnel provides 24-hr entry/exit to residents and guests of the apartment building so you feel safe and secure. Note: consider your luggage situation as you are not able to leave them before/after your check in/out hours.
