"Most confuse check in procedures ever, very stressful"

The apartment has facilities as the swimming pool which were nice for the kids

Unfortunately, the owner has very confuse procedures for the check in, what has caused stress, discomfort and misunderstanding as the staff didn't know anything about us beforehand when we arrived and we had to contact the owner several times again and again at that very moment of our arrival. We were completely exhausted for the trip and I hired Booking services exactly to ease all the process but it didn't work at that time. I have been using booking since 2017 and can assure that this was the most unpleasant experience I ever had using the platform. I don't recommend this place just for the mess regardless the quality of the apartment...
