La ubicación estratégica para conocer Arraial. Excelente vista al mar.

Costaba mucho abrir con la llave la puerta de la calle del edificio. Tener en cuenta que en la esquina y en frente hay bares, por lo que está expuesto a ruidos fuertes.

El apartamento es mas grande de lo que nos pareció en las fotos. La ubicación y las vistas son lo mejor. El edificio es relativamente pequeño y tranquilo, con recepción 24hrs. Las piscinas son pequeñas, pero están muy bien para el atardecer.

El apartamento entero estaba MUY sucio. Las sabanas estaban manchadas en varios sitios y también rotas. Me dio bastante asco dormir ahí. No usamos la cocina, pero los cajones apenas se podían abrir, las bisagras estaban tan oxidadas que parecía que te ibas a quedar con la puerta en la mano... Nos contactaron la misma mañana del check in, pero no tuvimos ninguna instrucción de como llegar (tuvimos que pedir la dirección exacta), ni como o donde recoger las llaves, la clave del wifi, etc. Lo mismo ocurrió para el check out. Nada de nada. Una lastima, porque el apartamento y la experiencia estarían de lujo con un poco de mantenimiento, limpieza y mejor comunicación.

POR PROBLEMAS DE CAÑERÍAS DEL EDIFICIO SE DESBORDA LA PILETA DE LA COCINA, LO CUAL GENERA OLOR EN TODO EL MONOAMBIENTE, ADEMÁS DE SUCIEDAD. SE SOLUCIONO A LAS 24 HS. ME PIDIERON CANCELAR LA RESERVA POR BOOKING PARA QUE LA COMISIÓN FUERA A UN FUNCIONARIO, A LO CUAL NO ACCEDÍ, Y ELLOS DIERON LA BAJA DE LA RESERVA. PAGUE AL INGRESO CON DÉBITO.
