Atendimento pelo proprietário é ótimo, localização do imóvel próximo a praia, local amplo e limpo e o melhor tem internet só levar o Roku ou similares

Espaço muito bom. Apartamento grande, bom espaço, ótima localização. O prédio é muito tranquilo e muito bem localizado, próximo de tudo.

Manutenção do apartamento deixa a desejar, bem como a limpeza. O apartamento estava cheio de areia, pia estava suja. Na saída deixamos melhor do que encontramos.
