O apartamento é muito bom, as fotos disponíveis do site retrataram exatamente as condições do imóvel.

O apartamento apresenta alguns problemas de eletrodomésticos ( geladeira pedindo manutenção de filtro, forno a gás não funciona e microondas não esquenta.
