Gostamos da varanda com vista excelente para a Praia Grande. Área de lazer do prédio muito boa com piscina e área de churrasqueira. Prédio com elevador e os porteiros muito atenciosos e educados. Valeu muito a pena, indico para todo mundo que procura um localização mais privilegiada, com vista pro mar e próximo ao centro de Arraial. Apto e cozinha muito bem equipados com todos os itens indispensáveis para uma boa estadia.
