Localização, bem proximo da praia e com tudo bem perto.

Falta de liberdade em sair com o veículo, precisa acionar a pessoa que trabalha para sair e para entrar com o veículo.

"Custo Benefício Excelente - Localização Show !!!"

A localização e o atendimento do pessoal foram os maiores diferenciais. Todos muito educados e prestativos (Mari, Paulo e o Caua), a garagem e a segurança do Condominio. O apto tbe é muito espaçoso e organizado, as cadeiras e o guarda-sol foram show.

Apesar de ter gostado de tudo, como sugestão poderiam disponibilizar um cooler, junto com as cadeiras/guarda-sol. A lojinha já vende o gelo e as bebidas aí fica uma estadia perfeita. Só uma dica.
