Ótima localização, custo benefício excelente, nos primeiros andares , comércio bom, recomendo a pizzaria do 1 andar .

A vista é bem bonita

A localização apesar de ser boa “bem central” o lugar é em uma área que precisa ter cuidado , os próprios moradores, informam que os arredores tem muito furto. O banheiro tinha uma tinta verde no chão meio estranha .

Tudo era perfeito. Espaço excelente com uma vista maravilhosa impossível de descrever, ainda mais na época de natal que as coisas no centro estão tudo enfeitadas. Recomendo de olhos fechados.
