I have never been in an accommodation that has so few English speaker staff, which is: none. Check-in was so complicated, shower water was cold, room rules were too much , I don’t suggest really

Great central location. Amazing view. The building has several entreances on multiple floors. A bit confusing at first but receptionists made great effort. Your face is scanned upon arrival, this gives you access to all elevators. It felt secure.

Building renovation went on until 22:00. A rooftop party (in anoter building) went on until sunrise. This is a urban apartment, you will hear the city.

Very nice view for those who like - 26th floor ! Was clean and functionnal Center if Sao Paulo

The bridge nearby was under work 24h a day including at night - couldnt sleep at all. Could hear also trafic all day. Staff was nice and polite but took very long time to answer.

Place has a stunning view and the room is comfy enough. I wish there was more pillows in the bed and i couldn't use the AC (an issue or something with it) what was a bit annoying but it wasn't too bad. The location area is very dangerous, but as long you're getting an uber and going straight to the entrance should be fine, wouldn't recommend walking alone at the nights tho.
