Reconhecimento fácil facilita muito o acesso e a academia disponível a qualquer momento é um diferencial e adorei a tv enorme com acesso a vários apps liberados.

Alguns itens de cozinha estavam guardados sujos, e o apartamento está precisando de manutenção nos acabamentos. Está tendo uma obra logo em frente que incomodou um pouco e deixou a varanda bem suja de poeira, não deixei nada aberto.

Localização boa, bairro tranquilo, pertinho da Avenida Paulista. A limpeza do prédio é excelente, tudo muito cheiroso. A receptividade e auxílio do Edson (zelador) fez toda a diferença.

Infelizmente tivemos um probleminha com a TV a qual inicialmente só funcionava 3 canais, a Juliana (anfitriã) sempre prestativa e atenciosa, no dia seguinte nos levou alguns cabos que de forma temporária nos ajudou a termos acesso a mais canais, porém netflix e youtube não funcionaram. Tirando isso, a hospedagem foi ótima.

bom espaço. limpeza estava de acordo com o esperado. localização ótima para meu compromisso.

cozinha. a geladeira é barulhenta e, ao desligar a noite, formou degelo e escorreu pelo chão. além disso, faltam alguns utensílios essenciais para café/chá, escorredor de louça.
