Local limpo, anfitrião bem receptivo e disposto a auxiliar. Localização boa.

Tive dificuldades com o forno elétrico digital , mesmo após um período de 10 minutos ligado ele não esquentou e desligou sozinho, acabei desistindo. Mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência.

Relativamente o preço

Era para fins de lazer, mas, é um condomínio de moradias e ganhamos pulseiras de visitantes! O condomínio está com pessima pintura, mal cheiro, as roupas de cama eram das mais simples, sofás duros, barata no banheiro, alugaram para crianças no terceiro andar e não havia proteção, ficamos todos na mesma cama de casal! Só fiquei um dia e me hospedei pelo booking no segundo dia em outro hotel! As paredes estavam sujas, as gavetas cheirando mal! Banheiro cheirando mal, sem cobertas adequadas nas camas! Nós cobrimos apenas com protetor de cama c feltro! O quarto das crianças tinha apenas lençol fino! As fotos apresentadas no site não relatam a precariedade real do quarto sem visual! Deprimente! Nunca avaliei ninguém negativamente aqui!
