Air condicioning was very good and effective as it was really hot weather. The place has cameras monitoring the area. People respected the gates, leaving them locked at all times. There is a lot of potential for improvements.

Matresses had a plastic cover, which was not a nice feel to sleep on. I was informed two days before check in that it was needed to bring in some bed sheets and towels. For people who are on the move, it can be a disadvantage, and only two days of notice might not help you prepare. Luckily, I asked before making my way there, or it would have been a nightmare. The washing machine was comunal and people parked in front of our flat in the private garage, which took away our privacy as the parking was a meter from our front door, which is a glass door. That was not nice. It looks less spacious than the photos show. If you need a place only to go to sleep in, then that should be okay. I was not able to use Netflix. I tried it one night that we returned earlier and the profiles were all locked. If you like a TV, you may need to ask for instructions prior to using it as I dont remember them being provided and did not find any available in the flat. Blankets were available, but they didn't smell good, so I took them to be washed for use and returned them clean to the next customer.
