A apto é melhor do que nas fotos. A vista incrível, a localização. Ele é enorme, sala dois ambientes cozinha equipada, uma urato confortável. Tudo muito bom. A localização em frente à praça general Osório, em frente ao metrô simplesmente perfeito.

As cobertas podiam ser mais novas. A cama tem um afundamento de uso. Dica: deixar algumas cápsulas de café já que tem a cafeteira e não tem as cápsulas e um adoçante ou açúcar básico na cozinha.
