The property was as pictured but the view was even better than expected as when the windows were open you could hear the ocean waves. The bed was comfortable though the memory foam pillows were a little large for comfort. WiFi worked great as did the shower. Kitchen was well equipped; especially loved the chilled water purifier. AC in bedroom worked great. Fan in living area was sufficient for daytime comfort without need of the AC. Communication with the owner was prompt, proactive and helpful. The building was kept very clean and the concierge staff were prompt, friendly and helpful. The pool area and terrace were nicely equipped. Though it is noteworthy that the weekends often had private bookings during my monthlong stay. Bus to Pelourino (#1001) was very conveniently caught nearby. And uber was prompt if you prefer. The location was nearby restaurants and a block from a huge shopping mall, but noise at night was NOT a problem.

No problems noted. Everything was as pictured and expected except that balcony in listing is the 2nd floor terrace and not attached to the apartment.

No geral não tenho o que reclamar, só achei algumas partes da casa com estruturas enferrujadas e paredes descascadas e descuidadas.

Muy buena ubicación, limpio todo. Todo equipado con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Nada que objetar

Apartamento incrível, bem localizado, confortável e com uma vista incrível do Mar.

Staff very helpful and friendly.

Bedroom outside wall has major water damage with the wall falling apart and moldy; mild in the bathroom shower area; inside doors are damaged; laundry area looks like a construction zone; bed pillows are extremely hard causing neck and back pain; no microwave dishes with lids; unit is old and needs major renovations and better furniture; air conditioner provided minimal cool air.
