Eu já tinha ficado nesse apto com as minhas filhas e acho maravilhoso o local tem td o prédio é maravilhoso pra mim tá ótimo ten o que agente necessita pra passeio e ten acesso tbn à supermercados lazer a praia en frente td funciona lá de eletrodomésticos pra mim é nota mil pra cima e sempre que eu for vou procurar por ele .Excelente!!!!!

De frente pra praia e tudo perto.

Na verdade, cabe um casal , com mais pessoas ficar desconfortáveis porque não tem quarto e apenas kitinet com cozinha quarto não tem porta porque é conjugado com sala. Os colchões são bem usados, acredito que poderia trocar. O fogão deixa a desejar por está bem enferrujado as trempes.
