A localização é perfeita. Seguro e extremamente no fácil acesso. A anfitriã é um amorzinho e fui muito gentil CMG. Tem padaria perto, mercado, farmácia, táxi, metrô. Andei sozinha pelas ruas ao redor e não tive nenhum problema

O apartamento é antigo e cheira mofo, acho que é por conta da umidade do tempo e da maresia. Tirando o cheiro que atacou a renite o restante é perfeito.

Localização, segurança e arredores.

Roupa de cama, sugiro a troca do lençol e a coberta. A acomodação deve disponibilizar um lençol para servir de coberta. Travesseiros estão ultrapassados, sugiro compra de novos inclusive de fronhas novas. Melhorar a limpeza geral, principalmente nos banheiros e ventiladores de teto. Como o Rio é uma cidade quente, disponibilize 2 jogos de toalhas e tapetes quando a reserva for superior a 2 dias.

O buraco da pia, acabava molhando mais a pia e o tamanho do box também. Mas, tirando isso, foi tudo muito bom!
