Proximidade com a rodovia.

Quando entramos estava aquele cheiro de ambiente fechado...Micro-ondas não funcionava, tinha 1 colher, vizinhos muito barulhentos com um falatório com porta aberta e como é preta com porta acaba-se 'participando' da conversa mesmo que não queira. Se for para dormir e sair no dia seguinte cedo sem poder fazer um café, ok! Fora isso...

Localização excelente pra quem vai para a UEFS, Check-in facilitado, limpeza impecável. Funcionários muito prestativos, tive um problema com o chuveiro e fui prontamente mudada de quarto. Excelente estadia!

Muito bom, sobretudo para quem tiver agenda de compromissos na UEFS e não quiser ficar distante da universidade. Todavia, é bem localizado, no conjunto Feira VI, defronte à BR, com logística ótima. Nas proximidades: mercados, restaurantes e pequenos serviços. Tive uma estadia muito agradável.

Somente o portão da garagem ser manual. Fora isso, tudo excelente.
