Kitchen utensils not clean, shower was leaking

We get an other flat because the flat what we booked didnt have the oven in the kitchen and in the bathroom the water tube was broken, so the water was floawing.

The flat wasnt good for us, as we wanted to prepare dinner for us because we arrived late, we are travelling around in Brasil, Without the oven it was impossible. Then we get an electric oven, bit it didnt work too, so then tho owner offered us that we can use his flat. It wasnt vleaned. We are glad that we could sleep there but it was quite dirty. The girl was so helpful with us ☺️
