Da praticidade em entrar imediatamente no local no dia e horário de chegada através da portaria eletrônica com a disponibilização do código de acesso.

Do fato de as vezes todas as lavadoras e secadoras de roupas estarem todas ocupadas. Ideal seria ter lavadora e secadora em cada apartamento. Da cama do quarto de casal, não é confortável. Não ter uma frigideira antiaderente.
