A estadia foi maravilhosa! Local ótimo perto de shopping e comércio em geral! Limpeza excelente... A Gilmara nos recebeu super bem sendo muito gentil e solicita a tudo! Enfim, voltaremos mais vezes ! Recomendo. Custo benefício, excelente!

A única coisa que poderia ter era armário no banheiro e no quarto

O apartamento é super confortável e muito bem localizado. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé, próximo ao canal, ao bairro da passagem e da praia do forte. Gilmara super solicita, responde rápido e atendeu todas nossas solicitações quando necessário, além de dar dicas sobre a cidade.

The apartment is close to the city center, with easy access to the beach, a nearby lake, supermarkets, and restaurants. It was very clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. Transportation is convenient, both by bus and taxi from the station. We didn’t meet the owner in person, but she contacted us several times via WhatsApp to check if we needed anything.

There is a security camera near the window with a view of the living room, which may give guests a feeling of being monitored. Adding a curtain or proper window covering would help improve privacy. The property owner is very present and contacts guests frequently via WhatsApp. In one message, the owner mentioned having been at the property and that we were “out walking,” which felt a bit uncomfortable: “Estou em casa, estive aí, mas acho que estavam passeando.” 7/10 but It could have been better rated with a curtain which cover the windows and not checking if the guests are staying or not inside.

Kitnet limpa, confortável e Bem localizada, chuveiro quentinho, A Gilmara foi uma anfitriã muito solicita em nos atender, estacionamento disponível do outro lado da rua. Nós e nosso pet fomos muito bem recebidos. Voltaria com certeza.
