A localização é excelente e o chuveiro também é muito bom. O zelador que entregou as chaves foi um doce de pessoa, muito bonzinho e atencioso.

A casa estava suja... areia, pelos, cabelos pelo chão.... A cozinha cheirava barata... inclusive matamos umas 5 baratas na cozinha... Limpamos a casa para sair... Ou seja, entregamos melhor que recebemos.
