I spoke directly with the owner, Mr. Gabriele. The apartment was not clean, especially the beds and bathrooms. The pillows provided were not suitable for sleeping and had no pillowcases. The Netflix and TV internet service, advertised on Booking, did not work, apparently because the subscription had not been paid. Despite several messages, the issue was never fixed, so the children could not use Netflix or YouTube. The staff at reception was not helpful and always referred us to the owner. I paid for one night and expected the services advertised on Booking. The location was excellent, right by the sea and close to the city center. However, the overall experience, cleanliness, and treatment were very poor.

ZOADA DO POVO PASSANDO NA JANELA DO QUARTO LOGO CEDO ACORDA TODO MUNDO, ATRAS DO FLAT TEM UMA BALADA QUE ROLA ATÉ AS 4 DA MANHA NAO DEIXA NINGUEM DORMIR OU DESCANSAR...
