The location was the best part of it.

The porter was not informed in advance that we were arriving. It was quite disappointing having to wait outside of the building to get clearance to be able to enter the building. Communication was an issue.The owner did not inform us what level of the building the flat was located, which was difficult to justify our stay when trying to enter the building. The mattress was way too soft, we had backaches every day. We were charged the equivalent of US$50 extra because we requested an early check in, which in the end was not needed because our flight changed but we still had to pay for it. We never experienced this whilst travelling before.

Lovely place and perfect location for the beach. Very short walk. Great bars and restaurants and shops nearby. Very near the park also. Nice market there. Great vibes. Slept well. Quiet after 10:30pm. Live music opposite but not loud late. All perfect.

Nice area in Ipanema just next to the beach, restaurants ans shopping, nice little flat, reactive host

Very noisy street with cars, busses and a bar with live music all along Thu-Sun, bed is small (not for tall people)

The apartment is amazing, so close to the beach you can hear the sea. A lot of restaurants and shops in the zone. Isabel is a kind host, always available to reply any inquiry.

Great location, a minute from the beach and supermarket and cafés and restaurants around the corner. Has a washing machine. Great for couple or small family. We are a family of five and everyone got a place to sleep (although we used all free space in the apartment).

Property is just 1 mins from the beach. Plenty of restaurants, and shops nearby. Apartman more equipped I expected.
