Great location. Easy check in and out. Very safe area. Close to the beach and restaurants.

It needs some maintenance. Toilet door getting stuck. No Aircon.( Extra charge to get a portable one) Smell of urine in the front door of the department.

Communication with the owner was easy. Everything was clean and just like in the pictures. The location is great, with plenty of services around.

The only downside was the construction works next to the building, which were really loud from early morning. However, the owner informed us of this problem in advance, so we can't really complain about it.

The flat is very pleasant, perfect location next to the beautiful sea of ​​Bahia. The kitchen equipment is complete, it has everything you need. I had a small problem with noise due to construction work next door but everything was resolved and I was happy and enjoyed my days at the flat. I thank the owner João for his attention and availability whenever we need it. I will be back for sure.
