"Uma Vibe magica e ."

A vibe do local particularmente me encantou. Localização, a arquitetura do hotel, as trilhas dentro do proprio hotel, do staff super atencioso e solicito, comida bem preparada e super saborosa, em fim foi uma grata surpresa. Foi a nossa primeira vez que estivemos lá e com certeza voltaremos.

Este comentário segue como observação e não como algo que tenha me desagradado. Alguns ambientes do hotel precisando de mais atenção na manutenção...tipo : a entrada e o piso da estrada de acesso ao hotel, fixação de assoalhos desprendidos.

Location is great and beautiful surroundings. Near the entrance road of the NP. Food was delicious and staff is friendly and helpful. The heated swimmingpool after a long hike. We had a fantastic two nights here.

The rooms are outdated and really need an upgrade, especially considering the price you pay. Besides that, the building is not made for the cold temperatures where they have to deal with here. Thin glass, no (central) heating that is up for the task. A lot of cold air coming through al the wholes and gaps and open doors. I think they are just not used to build (nor act) accordingly to the circumstances. Consequently everybody was having dinner with their winter jackets on, which takes a bit of the charm in my opinion. I think it would help if they pre-heat the restaurant in advance. Nevertheless we really enjoyed it here and would recommend it to others.

Adoramos tudo! O pessoal foi muito atencioso, o quarto é confortável e espaçoso, a comida é deliciosa e tem muitas trilhas dentro do hotel, além de toda a estrutura. O acesso também é bem tranquilo.

O local é espetacular. Tem tudo para ser TOP.

As instalações (piscina, sauna, área externa) precisam urgentemente de atualizações, parecem "velhas e desgastadas" No segundo dia, a hidro estava desligada no final da tarde, foi pedifdo para ligar e não foi atendido. Achei MUI|TO antipático, acordar no ultimo dia (domingo) e ver que a piscina estava coberta ! a diária termina às 11 ou 12h, correto ? E se nós quizéssemos entrar na piscina ? Outro ponto foram as mesas de café da manhã no ultimo dia, só tinha uma mesa disponível e arrumada. Não tivemos opções de escolher ! Pareciam estar loucos para irmos embora !
