Tudo em um contexto geral a localização é boa, mesmo não tendo estacionamento, deixamos o carro na frente e é bem calmo, então foi perfeito

Gostei de tudo, pra ficar perfeito poderia ter uma máquina de lavar, poderia ser pequena, mas ajudaria bastante

Pontos positivos: Localização. Próximo de vários tipos de comércio; Cerca de 150m da praia; Apto estava bem limpo; Cordialidade do anfitrião; Rua bem tranquila. Gostei da minha estadia e voltarei em breve.

Pontos a considerar: Vazamento embaixo do box do banheiro; Faltou um armário pra guardar as malas; Faltou uma mesinha ou balcão na cozinha; Chuveiro não esquenta muito; Na descrição do anúncio, não estava constando que as tomadas eram só 220V. Espero que esses pontos possam ser melhorados.
