O apartamento é grande e bem localizado

Valor alto para não ter nenhuma área de lazer no apartamento e não tinha utensílios suficientes na cozinha, fornecia apenas o básico para café da manhã se fosse solicitado.

Elevador; localização: permitindo fazer quase tudo na cidade a pé, deixando o carro no estacionamento coberto.

Não consegui sintonizar a TV verdes mares na televisão. Mas isso foi de pouca relevância.
