Excellent location, safe, adequate space for a couple.

Would be good to know what to say to the door person through the intercom when you first arrive (they didn't speak English and we had limited Portuguese). You also need to show your documents once there so they can match it to the booking. We realised the next day that they needed to know our name and apartment number before they would buzz us in off the street, and you have to do this each time you come back to the building. Entry to the apartment was very easy otherwise, and once we knew this.
