Adoramos a localização. Ficamos em meio a vários restaurantes, docerias e comércios locais. É possível ir a feira de artesanato a pé e fazer vários passeios pela região.

Acho que por estar bem localizado o proprietário poderia reformar a parte do chuveiro com outro revestimento e tb armários da cozinha. Nada que incomode, mas pode valorizar mais o imóvel. E um ar condicionado mais moderno.
