localizacao (praia, comercio), seguranca, limpeza, atencao do dono e funcionarios (ocorreu um imprevito, precisei de um favor e fui prontamente atendido sem pestanejar!). tamanho do apto, chuveiro, cama, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, muito bom, muito profissionais !

pra ser perfeito so faltou uma piscininha pra curtir uma noite quente... rsrs
