A estrutura do apartamento, bem como todo os móveis e utensílios são excelentes. Tudo muito bem organizado e limpo. A localização é excepcional, pode-se fazer tudo a pé. Não é necessário utilizar o carro para transitar por Canela, pelo menos nos pontos centrais,
