o quarto é excelente.... lençol muito limpo....cama excelente.... chuveiro top.. funcionário da recepção dentro do padrão de um hotel ...as instalações da recepção são excelentes

É preciso rever a tampa do sanitário do banheiro no quarto....está em péssimo estado de higiene... o banheiro não estava sujo...porém precisa trocar ...está deteriorada.... quarto 103...o café da manhã precisa ser revisto... é realizado dentro de um bar que funciona á noite toda... ambiente escuro e necessita de higiene nas mesas.... funcionário que serve o café não se enquadra no padrão de garçom ou atendente...é uma pessoa esforçada...mas para servir mesa do café deixa a desejar...no momento só esses itens... Faço reclamação e me identifico.... Alessandro e Nayara - 24998274405..... obrigado

Hotel com os móveis velhos, a roupa de cama estava literalmente molhada e tive que pedir para trocar. O banheiro precisando de reformas, por exemplo o ralo estava amassado e não encaixava no buraco
